MilapSpace is built by a small, dedicated team spread across the UK and India — united by a shared belief that the knowledge carried by India's greatest artists deserves a permanent home, open to anyone, anywhere.

MilapSpace Core Team

Archana Shastri

Director
Archana leads MilapSpace's creative vision, artist relationships and strategic direction. She works closely with artists to develop and shape each course, directs shoots on location in India, and oversees the platform's growth and communications. Archana is also Director of Marketing & Communications at Milap Festival Trust, the UK's leading Indian arts organisation.
 

Arun Kumar

Head of Operations & Marketing
Based in Chennai, Arun leads MilapSpace's India-based production and operations team. He oversees content pipeline management, platform operations, technical systems and marketing workflows — coordinating shoots, managing post-production logistics and ensuring the platform runs seamlessly for subscribers across the world.

Shilpa Natarajan

Content Manager
Also based in Chennai, Shilpa manages course development and content production across the MilapSpace platform. She works closely with artists and the wider team to shape each course from concept through to publication — reviewing footage, developing course structures and writing course content
