Your Questions Answered
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). However, please note that Rupay cards are not accepted at this time.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes – all payments are handled through Stripe, a trusted and secure global payment platform. Your card details are never stored by us.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
We don’t add extra fees: the price you see is the price you pay. Prices are charged in US dollars; the £ and ₹ figures on the plan cards are estimates at today’s rates, and your bank sets the final conversion and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
My Indian card was declined. What can I do?
Indian banks switch off online and international payments on new cards until you turn them on. Open your bank app (or net banking), switch on online and international use for your card, then try again. Visa and Mastercard work best; RuPay cards often can't be used for subscriptions from outside India. Still stuck? Write to us at the support address on our Support page.
Can I pay in instalments?
At the moment, both Monthly and Annual plans are billed as a single payment (monthly recurring or annual upfront). However, instalment options are something we may offer in the future.
Can I buy a single course instead of a subscription?
MilapSpace works on a subscription model. Your plan gives you access to all current and upcoming courses.
What’s the difference between Monthly and Annual plans?
- Monthly Plan (currently $9.99/month): Unlimited access to all recorded courses and new monthly releases. Flexible cancel-anytime option.
- Annual Plan (currently $79.99/year): The complete all-access pass. Includes everything in the monthly plan, plus priority community features.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual?
Yes, any time. Sign in, open My Account (top right) → Account & billing, scroll to Payments, click the ⋮ at the end of your plan row and choose Change plan. The change is immediate: moving up to Annual, you pay only the difference; moving down to Monthly, your unused time is kept as credit towards your next payments. If you joined at an older price, switching moves you to the current prices ($9.99/month or $79.99/year). Questions? Email support@milapspace.com.
What is the refund policy?
Annual plan: a full refund within 7 days of any annual payment, no questions asked. Monthly plan: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid month; your first month is refundable within 7 days on request. Email support@milapspace.com from your account email. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time, and it is the same on both plans. Sign in, open My Account (top right) → Account & billing, scroll to Payments, click the ⋮ at the end of your plan row and choose Cancel plan (it reads Cancel Trial during your free trial). Your plan then shows “Not renewing” and nothing more is charged; you keep access to the end of the month or year you have paid for.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Sometimes failed payments revert automatically within a few days. If it doesn’t, please reach out at support@milapspace.com and we will sort it out.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes, your invoice will be emailed automatically to the registered email address after payment.
Can I explore MilapSpace before signing up?
Yes! Once you create a free account by signing up, you can preview a selection of modules from different courses to get a feel for the platform.
What if I don’t want to commit to a full year?
Our Monthly Plan allows you to explore our content flexibly before deciding if you would like to upgrade to the Annual all-access experience.
