What payment methods are accepted?

Is there a refund policy if I am not satisfied with the course?

If you’re unhappy with your experience, please get in touch with us within 7 days of your subscription payment. If we find your concern valid, we’ll process a refund. We’re here to help. 

How do I apply a discount code or coupon?

You’ll see a field to enter your code during the payment process. Just pop it in before you check out.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

No – the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I buy a single course?

Not at the moment. Milap Space works on a subscription basis, giving you full access to all our content.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use highly Yes – your payment is handled through Stripe, a trusted and secure global payment platform. 

Can I pay for a course in installments?

We don’t offer instalment options currently, but it’s something we’re exploring and may offer in the future.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Sometimes failed payments revert automatically within a few days. If it doesn’t, please reach out via our support page or email us at support@milapspace.com – we’ll sort it out.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. Your invoice will be emailed to the address you used to register.

Can I cancel my subscription after signing up?

Milap Space currently offers a fixed-term subscription with no cancellation or refund once payment is made.  We’ve priced our offer to reflect the unique value of the content, which is available to you in full from day one.  To help you decide, you can explore a free preview selection before subscribing.

Can I explore Milap Space before signing up?

Yes! Once you create an account, you’ll be able to preview a selection of modules from different courses – it’s a great way to get a feel for what Milap Space has to offer.

What if I don't want to commit to a full year subscription?

Our annual subscription gives you unlimited access to all current and upcoming content for 12 months.  We recommend using the free preview (available after creating a login) to explore the platform and ensure it’s the right fit before subscribing.
